ANALISIS BIAS DATA OBSERVASI PARALEL DI STASIUN KLIMATOLOGI MEMPAWAH-KALIMANTAN BARAT

Otomatisasi pengukuran parameter cuaca di BMKG telah dimulai sejak tahun 2006. WMO mensyaratkan dalam hal pengamatan otomatis akan menggantikan pengamatan manual maka seharusnya terpenuhi pengamatan paralel (overlaping) dalam waktu tertentu bergantung pada unsur yang diamati. Dalam paper ini, metode uji statistik sederhana telah diterapkan pada tiga parameter utama cuaca yaitu suhu minimum dan maksimum serta curah hujan harian selama 12 bulan dari data pengamatan otomatis dan data pengamatan manual di Stasiun Klimatologi Mempawah Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi adanya homogenitas antaradata pengukuran Automatic Weather Station (AWS) dan pengukuran manual. Korelasi terkuat antara data AWS dan manual adalah curah hujan ringan (0.54) dan korelasi terlemah adalah curah hujan lebat (0.19). Selain itu, data pengukuran AWS dan manual menunjukkan nilai RMSE suhu udara minimum (1.22oC), suhu udara maksimum (1.69oC), curah hujan ringan (5.1 mm); sedang (14.6 mm); lebat-sangat lebat (38.4 mm). Dalam penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi ketepatan pengukuran AWS dibanding manual untuk suhu minimum sebesar 34.5%; suhu maksimum 34.0%; curah hujan 52.4%.
