During seismic wave propagating process through it is recorded on a seismometer, seismic wave encounters attenuation process, where the wave energy is reduced due to geometrical spreading, intrinsic and scattering attenuation. This process can interpret the structure of the layers of the earth and the seismic activity of a region. The coda Q-factor is a phenomenon affected the attenuation process. The result of coda Q-factor processing of four local earthquakes around Opak’s Fault yields an average attenuation value around Qc= 95.02 f 0.15. Based on this coda Q-factor number for active seismic, it is estimated that Opak’s Fault region has a reasonably active seismic region.
