Lembang Fault which extends from Manglayang mount in the east to Cisarua in the West, which long about ± 22 km is thought to be the fault is still active. To prove it, then to install 4 seismometers around Lembang fault Ciater, Tangkuban Perahu, Cimenyan and in Lembang and began in May 2010 - August 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the hypocenter location and the mechanism of the earthquake source. To locate the earthquakes, 3 circles methods were employed: relocated used single event determination method and joint hypocenter determination method, and processed with the software mechanism Isola source. Earthquakes are concentrated at depths of 3-4 km, partly scattered at a depth of 6-7 km. Based on the source mechanism data, the earthquakes that occurred consisted of earthquakes produced by the upper Lembang fault of earthquakes strike-slip type, and the depth earthquakes 6-7 km with thrusting type. There are also earthquakes generated by second faults with northeast-trending normal type. Based on the above data, Lembang's fault is active.
