ANALISIS PEMANTAUAN KUALITAS UDARA PADA SAAT ARUS MUDIK DAN BALIK LEBARAN DI GERBANG TOL CIKAMPEK TAHUN 2009

Analisa pemantauan kualitas udara pada saat arus balik/mudik lebaran tahun 2009 di Gerbang tol Cikampek telah dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi parameter polusi udara dan meteorologi. Dari uji deret waktu data dan uji beda rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa saat arus mudik, rata-rata suhu udara yang paling tinggi terjadi tanggal 18 September 2009 pada pukul 15.00 WIB (32 °C) dan kelembaban udara tertinggi pada pukul 19.00 WIB (83,27 %) dan konsentrasi rata-rata polutan paling tinggi yang terukur untuk SO2 dan NO2 masing-masing terdapat pada pukul 17.00 WIB (1,277 ppm) dan 16.00 WIB (0,022 ppm). Saat arus balik, rata-rata suhu udara paling tinggi yang terjadi pada tanggal 25 September 2009 adalah pukul 15.00 WIB (30,31 °C), sedangkan untuk rata-rata suhu udara paling tinggi yang terjadi pada tanggal 26 September 2009 adalah pukul 16.00 WIB (28,7 °C) dan kelembaban udara tertinggi pada tanggal 25th dan 26th September 2009 masing-masing adalah (77,92 % dan 83,4 %) yang terjadi pada pukul 20.00 WIB, hal ini dikarenakan keadaan cuaca di lokasi pengamatan dalam keadaan mendung dan angin berhembus cukup kencang. Untuk konsentrasi rata-rata polutan paling tinggi yang terukur untuk SO2 terjadi di sore hari antara pukul 17.00 dan 18.00 WIB (1,277 ppm) dan NO2 terjadi pada pukul 17.00 WIB (0.019 ppm) yang diduga karena gas buang yang dihasilkan melalui pembakaran yang tidak sempurna dari kendaraan yang melintas.
Analysis of air quality monitoring at the time of back and forth traffic flow during eid on Cikampek highway gate in 2009 has been done by observing air pollution and meteorological parameters. Time series data test and mean different test show that during the forth flow time (September 18th, 2009), the maximum mean air temperature occurred at 15.00 WIT (32 °C), the highest mean relative humidity occurred at 19.00 WIT (83.27%) and the highest mean pollutant concentration of SO2 and NO2 were at 17.00 WIT (1.277 ppm) and 16.00 WIT (0.022 ppm), respectively. During the back flow time (September 25th and 26th 2009), the maximum mean air temperature occurred at 15.00 WIT and 16.00 WIT, respectively. While, the highest mean relative humidity occurred at 20.00 WIT (77.92% and 83.4%). This might be caused by cloudy condition and high wind speed during those days. In addition, the highest mean pollutant concentration of SO2 occurred between 17:00 WIT and 18:00 WIT (1.227 ppm), and NO2 occurred at 17:00 WIT (0,019 ppm). This might be caused by exhaust gas produced by imperfect combustion from passing vehicles.
